The 2nd one coming out was a big deal, bigger than Pirates of the Caribbean. People were wondering who got/did what in the movie, like Johnny Depp and the director Tim Burton, both Late Boomers.

What exactly were people identifying with? They think it's their due *rebellion about being jealous of a younger generation. Also, everyone wants youth, so; maybe there are other things in life to obsess about than procrastinating posting about Johnny Depp online in their blog and on message boards with the other fans.
*Their rebellion about being jealous of a younger generation means they at first act like it is unfair this is not for them, like this movie. Then, they do it, get into it, and try to mess it up for everyone and even people who are not of younger generations.
Also, this is, like, the poster image for showing false promises/hopes to Generation X, no offense to anyone, like Tim Burton or Johnny Depp. I'd say Generation X made its own demise, and racism had a handle on the rest to make sure Late Boomers could forget about them, though they are supposed to be old enough to be Late Generation X's parents socially.
